ABOUT Shizuoka
Shizuoka Distillery was established in 2016 by GAIAFLOW Distilling which imports brands such as Blackadder, Swedish Mackmyra and AstaMorris. GAIAFLOW purchased the distilling equipment used at the legendary Karuizawa Distillery which was demolished in 2011, for the distillery project. Because everyone wants this still to be used to produce great whiskey again. Of the three stills in Karuizawa Distillery, only one was usable. The other two stills could not be used because the stills were old and deteriorate. Old distillers are on display for viewing.

- 2014年: Established GAIAFLOW Distilling Co., Ltd.
- 2015年: Obtained manufacturing facilities of Karuizawa Distillery
- 2016年: Built Shizuoka Distillery, Obtained whiskey production license in the same year, First barreling of unblended whiskey
- 2020年: Released single malt whiskey “Shizuoka Prologue K”
- 2022年: Released blended whiskey “GAIAFLOW Whiskey Blended M”
