ABOUT
Maoi Distillery, formerly a small winery located in the Maoi Hills of Naganuma Town, Hokkaido, was established in 2022 at the same location. In addition to winemaking, the distillery produces whisky, brandy and fruit brandy using a hybrid type distiller which was from Forsyth in Scotland.
歴史
- 2006年: A small winery was established in Maoi Hills in Naganuma town, started wine production
- 2017年: Established Maoi Jiyunooka Winary as the successor to the small winery
- 2022年: Renamed company and brand, began to produce whiskey
