Kiyosuzakura Brewery

Kiyosuzakura Brewery founded in 1853(6th year of Kaei). They are well-known as a manufacturer of Japanese sake, including Onikoroshi. They take advantage of sake brewing technology and experience since its founding and started in-house production of distilled spirits, whiskey, gin, and vodka, released as a Japanese craft series. Kiyosuzakura Brewery produced a Japanese craft whiskey “Craft Whiskey Kiyosu” which uses malt that uses sake yeast and rich,heavy taste that has been aged for 5 years. They have experienced award-winning at the Tokyo Whiskey & Spirits Competition (TWSC), so they are expected to release matured brands of over 10 years.
