Sudo Honke has been making traditional Japanese sake since establishd it in 1885. In 2018, it was obtained a whiskey production license the first company in Chiba Prefecture and by utilizing our accumulated distillation techniques, it was created “Boso Whiskey” as the first local whiskey in Chiba Prefecture.
